How is the intended target?

Much of the present discussion relates to aspects of interest to the very advanced user (the vanguard) of repertoire analysis. That is a very important aspect but in our efforts we may also have to address the more regular user, those that have a research interest that require repertoire analysis but which does not focus on details of such repertoires. In my view IMGT has been able to capture that need very well and they provide tools that anyone with a relevant research question may use. We may want to consider this aspects as well so as to reach a wider audience with our recommendations. How is this matter viewed by the rest of you?
