Publicly available COVID-19 AIRR-seq data sets

The eight COVID-19 AIRR-seq data set from Kim, S. et al. “Stereotypic Neutralizing VH Clonotypes Against SARS-CoV-2 RBD in COVID-19 Patients and the Healthy Population” (DOI) is now available on the iReceptor Gateway!

We are almost at double digits! The ninth COVID-19 AIRR-seq data set from Kuri-Cervantes.et al. “Comprehensive mapping of immune perturbations associated with severe COVID-19” (DOI) is now available on the iReceptor Gateway!

Tenth COVID-19 study available in the AIRR Data Commons and through the iReceptor Gateway, and its a big one! 542M annotated sequences from the Adaptive Biotechnologies ImmuneRace TCR data (see Nolan et al. A large-scale database of T-cell receptor beta (TCRβ) sequences and binding associations from natural and synthetic exposure to SARS-CoV-2) is now available for searching and comparison to the other COVID-19 studies in the AIRR Data Commons!

Twelfth COVID-19 study available in the AIRR Data Commons and through the iReceptor Gateway. 125K annotated sequences from Wen et al. Immune cell profiling of COVID-19 patients in the recovery stage by single-cell sequencing) is now available for searching and comparison to COVID-19 and other studies in the AIRR Data Commons!

Landscapes and dynamic diversifications of B-cell receptor repertoires in COVID-19 patients

Statement: The data that support the findings of this study have been deposited into CNGB Sequence Archive (CNSA: https://db.cngb.org/cnsa/) of CNGBdb with accession number 465CNP0001106.

Hmm, seems like we have fallen behind on making announcements here (although the updates were done on the main page). There are two new COVID-19 data sets available in the AIRR Data Commons and through the iReceptor Gateway . Sorry these were added some time ago (February and April respectively).

The 15th COVID-19 AIRR-seq data set - and first vaccine study - from Goel, R. et al. “Distinct antibody and memory B cell responses in SARS-CoV-2 naïve and recovered individuals following mRNA vaccination” (DOI) is now available on the iReceptor Gateway !
