AncesTree is a stand alone application displaying a Graphic User Interface to visualize Immunoglobulin lineage trees processed by dnaml or IgPhyML.
The user can directly interact with the tree to see where the mutations occur in the CDR/FR regions. An alignment with the Unmutated Common Ancestor as reference is also available.
