BRACER updated to work with current versions of dependencies

Hopefully this will be of interest to some of you. I’ve updated GitHub - Teichlab/bracer: BraCeR - reconstruction of B cell receptor sequences from single-cell RNAseq data and it’s Dockerfile to work with up-to-date versions of it’s dependencies. This means it is now easier to run and possible to build the Docker image from the Dockerfile yourself.

BRACER is described in BraCeR: B-cell-receptor reconstruction and clonality inference from single-cell RNA-seq | Nature Methods it allows you to reconstruct BCRs from smartseq scRNA-seq data.
