The iReceptor project is looking for a Data Curator/Bioinformatician to help support our efforts in curating and analyzing AIRR-seq data in the AIRR Data Commons. Come help us curate and analyze AIRR-seq data from COVID-19 and other diseases.
Unfortunately our funding requires that the position be staffed by someone eligible to work in Canada only, but we are willing to consider candidates working remotely as part of our team. The position is for a minimum of six months, preferably twelve, with the possibility of extensions beyond that depending on funding.
