I am looking into technologies for T-cell repertoire profiling and would really appreciate some help/feedback. I believe quite a few of you in this community have used/come across the Adaptive Technologies immunosequencing platform, and wanted to ask you what your thoughts on this platform are. I am specifically trying to understand what are the advantages and disadvantages of the immunoSeq technology and analysis tools and usefulness of the immunoAccess database provided by Adaptive.
This is part of the broader research project on data ownership, sharing, and other services provided by companies like Adaptive – any thoughts/comments are very much appreciated.
