The vectors that our lab uses for the eukaryotic expression of immunoglobulins are now available at Addgene:

Please note that the currently available vectors all encode constant regions from H. sapiens. However, in addition to the production of fully human antibodies also the expression of mouse-human chimeric ABs works fine.
