iReceptor v2.0 now available

Hello All,

We have recently released v2.0 of the iReceptor platform, including a new web based user interface with two repositories available for searching, the iReceptor Public Archive (IPA) managed by the iReceptor team and the VDJServer archive, managed by the VDJServer team.

There are currently 390.4 million sequences and 658 samples from 14 research labs and 16 studies available for searching and exploration.

If you are interested in getting an account on iReceptor or have some data and/or a repository that you would like to add to the iReceptor repository network, please send an email to support@ireceptor.org.
