Levenshtein Distance

Hello,
What is considered a similar Levenshtein Distance/Normalized Levenshtein Distance value? I know 0 indicates a perfect match. Would a Levenshtein distance =3 (normalized 0.1) for a 15 AA Beta CDR3 be considered a ‘similar’ match? What is the threshold? Thanks!

Todd

Yes, a Levenshtein distance of 1 is tremendously similar in the HCDR3. If you are asking what is the agreed upon threshold to say that two antibodies are siblings, this number is not agreed upon.
