Looking for people to test a new web-based submission system for standards-compliant AIRR-seq data to NCBI

If you are in the process of submitting/publishing an AIRR-seq paper and need to deposit your data in a public repository, we want to help you! To ease the process of standards-compliant AIRR-seq data submission to NCBI, we have developed a web-based submission system (called CAIRR). You can check out our 2-minute introduction at:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1&v=Db5WqHUgpOI

Links to a tutorial and a step-by-step guide can be found at http://cairr-docs.miairr.org. We would be happy to walk you through the data submission process, and assist with any issues that arise. If you are interested in working with us to submit your AIRR-seq data, please send an email to Ahmad (ahmad.chan@yale.edu). Of course, you are also free to use the system without our help by going to: http://cairr.miairr.org.

Please forward this request to anyone you think may be interested.

Thanks.
