Postdoctoral Research Fellow in informatics and immunology

A 3-year post.doc/researcher position is open at the K.G Jebsen Coeliac Disease Research Centre, University of Oslo (Norway) in the group of Prof. Ludvig M Sollid.

The project is centred round the use of high-dimensional phenotyping and omics data from patient derived cells to understand the biology and phenotype of pathogenic, gluten specific CD4+ T-cells in coeliac disease. The aim is to identify and verify unique molecular pathways, processes or markers to be explored as therapeutic targets in the disease. Some work may also relate to other immune cells implicated in coeliac disease pathogenesis.
