We have been analyzing tumor infiltrating T cells. We have identified T cells that clustered based on CoNGA analysis and want to exclude the possibility that they are virus-specific T cells. I would like to get a feedback where to find Public TCR data for CMV, EBV, and flu. Thank you for your help!
I realized that the CoNGA has implemented such function to reference public database to identify reported virus-specific T cells for scTCR-seq data.
