AIRR Data Commons

• Description: The AIRR Data Commons stores publicly available data sets from a range of relevant studies across many diseases and types of AIRR-seq data. All repositories in the AIRR Data Commons adhere to the AIRR Data Commons web query API.
• Repository statistics: 4 billion sequences , 6013 repertoires , and 60 studies across 3 remote repositories (as of 2020-12-01). Please refer to the iReceptor Gateway for up to date statistics.
