Hello, for validating a finding in one of my projects, i am looking for publicly available single-cell GE + TCR datasets, preferably produced with 10xGenomics 5’ kit but not necessarily.
I need them to demonstrate that a certain population of T cells is normally not commonly found.
So any dataset from which I can extrapolate CD3+ cells is fine (PBMCs, sorted unstimulated T cells, tissue T cells etc).
I am already downloading the 10x datasets:

Any other datasets that you know that may fit my needs?
