Human monoclonal secreting Ab-producing cell line with known Ig DNA Sequence

Hello,

My group is interested in performing experiments on human monoclonal cell-lines that secrete Ig and that have been sequenced (Sanger, DNA-Seq or even RNA-Seq). Could you suggest such cell lines?

If you need the antibody itself as well, you could try building a cell line with Sai Reddy’s PnP system.

We would be interested in acquiring cell lines that are well studied. And we’re not interested in a specific antibody, just in the cell line’s property of secreting them (so that we can assay ab synthesis).

I’m not that much into human myelomes, but is there anything wrong with these ones?
